“I use watercolor to explore the shapes and gestures of the female body. I’m drawn to simplicity - muted tones, spare lines, and forms that sit between abstraction and recognition. The sepia palette allows the figures to feel slightly removed from time, like memories that haven’t fully settled.
My paintings are paired with original poems about girlhood, growing up, and nostalgia. Together, the images and texts reflect an ongoing interest in how women are shaped by experience - how we change, soften, and endure.
My work isn’t about defining womanhood, but about tracing its movement - how it shifts, holds memory, and continues forward.”
