Bergen “American Calligraphy” - July First Friday Opening Reception
July First Friday features the Spokane debut exhibit by artist Bergen. Bergen began painting on canvas so he would not be arrested for painting graffiti on walls. Since then, he has explored different themes and processes but his passion for "writing" remains. In his most recent works, he defines graffiti as American Calligraphy and emphasizes the unique contributions and impact that this art form has had on contemporary aesthetics.

First Friday Reception for our exhibit “Past is Present”, which kicks off the second month for our inaugural artist James Dhillon. We will be showing new works of art at this show, and it will be an excellent opportunity to meet the artist and hear a performance by guitar player Michael Millham.

Join us on Friday, May 2nd, featuring the work of Spokane artist James Dhillon. The Opening Reception is from 5 to 8 PM, and the exhibit runs through the end of June.
